The argument then as it is now is that you are a fraud as you defrauded me in an amount of over $2200.00 Canadian Funds. As $19,790.77 was invested into a retirement vehicle of my choosing an GIC-RRSP on January 8, 1996, a difference of $2230.46 that was actually sent to BMO in my name. Also on the date of the transaction you threatened to withhold my buy out monies in the amount of $30,000.00 if I did not sign the cheque in the amount of $22,021.23 CP Rail sent to your Bank for the federally protected locked in pension fund. On the date of the transaction I never actually seen the cheque I signed as you had me  sign a document that was attached with carbon paper to the cheque Canadian Pacific Rail sent you on my behalf. Only in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan a fucking scum bag banker like you can get away with fruad you fucking scum bag. Wall I received registered mail from your office Saturday April 5, 2014. I disagree with your reports following my complaint of being defrauded on my federal pension. In your  report you state the account was redemed only one  time at a rate of 3.5% in the first six years. That is fucking bullshit as the plan was invested in a 5 year term after its first anniversary  in  May 1997  at 2% the first year , 3% the second year, 4% the third  year, 5% the fourth  year and 6% the fifth year. The figures you provided are false and I am in disagreement with your report and clearly BMO defrauded me an amount in excess of $2200.00 Canadian funds , In my complaint I requested actual documentation of the rrsp’s value as BMO never provided me with quarterly reports which is the law with this pension . Also in your  report you further clarify that BMO redeemed my locked in funds to an unidentified third party allegedly for bankruptcy in 2006  by the records you provided for 1996 where by there was a hold put on my funds as the entirety of the RRSP was transferred out to the the Toronto Dominion Bank also when I provided complaints to the BMO regarding the said rrsp is a locked-in pension federally protected by the Canada Pension Standards Act (1985). Also in 1996 whether it is “Coincidental”  or not I was assaulted  on September 20, 2006 leaving my with permanent neck and spinal injuries. I am advising that you Mr. T Wall Vice President BMO Regina Saskatchewan that this complaint is now going to be sent to the Office of the Ombudsman for BMO and also complaints to CFAC will surely follow you fuck face piece of shit. BMO Financial Moose Jaw Saskatchewan , Cori Storozuk Complaint.

Subject: Pension Refund upon Termination RE: Discrepancy over amount deposited to locked-in Federal retirement vehicle (RRSP) Date: Fri, 9 Oct 2009 10:02:14 -0700 Canada Revenue Agency Danielle Jean-Venne Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator danielle.jean-venne@cra-arc.gc.ca And Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada info@privcom.gc.ca To Whom It May Concern: On May 16, 1996 Canada Pacific Rail forwarded a final value of $22,021.23 to a locked-in retirement vechicle at the Bank of Montreal. My concern: is that; there is a discrepancy from the amount that Canada Pacific Rail sent to Bank of Montreal and the actual amount that was invested to Bank of Montrreal. That is that Canada Pacific, states they sent a final value of $22,021.23 to a locked-in retirement vechicle at the Bank of Montreal. However, my receipt signed by Cori Stewart on March 22, 1996 of Bank Of Montreal Moose Jaw Saskatchewan , and by Karen Pringle Bank Of Montreal 2nd Floor-1216-10th Avenue Calgary AB, Canada , states there was a deposit of $ 19,790.77 on January 8, 1996. As per The Access to Information Act, could please account for this discrepancy and send me orginal copies of the actual amount invested at The Bank Of Montreal in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on May 16, 1996. The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) supervises federally regulated private pension plans to ensure they are being administered in accordance with the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 (PBSA), and the Pension Benefits Standards Regulations, 1985 (PBSR). As was explained in our response of May 30, 2014 (attached), since OSFI does not maintain, or have access to, individual member information, we are unable to confirm the date you are able to access your funds. We note that, once you access your funds, there may be further restrictions to the maximum you are eligible to withdraw.  We continue to suggest that, if you hold federally locked-in funds, your first point of contact be the financial intermediary that holds your account. In your email of May 27, 2014 (below), you state that you have been defrauded of federal pension funds in excess of $2200.00. If you have reason to believe that you have been the victim of fraud, you may wish to contact the RCMP at info@antifraudcentre.ca. I trust this information will be of assistance.
